Report players on the Discord server. Go to the #support channel, create a ticket by clicking the ๐ฉ reaction, and open the #ticket-xxxx channel created for you. Select Player Reports by clicking the ๐ reaction in the ticket, and answer all the questions. Staff will respond to your ticket as soon as possible, so make sure to check the ticket channel back.
Report a player by joining the Discord server. Then go to the #bugs channel, and type in a brief description of the bug you experienced, and in which gamemode. If possible, also include how you can recreate the bug.
To create a ban appeal, join the Discord server, and create a ticket on the #support channel by clicking the ๐ฉ reaction. Open the #ticket-xxxx channel created for you. Select Unban/Unmute Appeals by clicking the ๐จ reaction in the ticket, type your Minecraft username and answer all the questions. Staff will respond to your ticket as soon as possible, so make sure to check the ticket channel back.
Your ban appeal will have to abide to our appeal guidelines. Appeals not following the guidelines are very likely to be ignored and dismissed.
If you need urgent staff help, have a server-related problem, need to recover your password, or change your name, you can directly contact staff using Discord tickets.

Failure to follow these rules will not be tolerated and result in warning and punishment. Having no knowledge about a rule is not a valid reason for breaking it.
